I’d also like to invite you to follow this blog (see the box to the right), to follow me on Twitter (@GregGithens), and send me an invite on LinkedIn.  If you like this blog, I also write a second blog:

The seminar experience is intended to be highly participatory. I welcome short presentations from attendees on topics related to strategy, metrics, alignment, and program management.  If you have something to share, please let me know so I can review your ideas and schedule some time in the seminar?

One other topic for preparation: Take the seminar description to your boss.  Ask them for their needs and expectations of you. In other words, what new knowledge should you bring back to your boss (and the organization at large).

    Hi Greg,
Thanks for sharing this read ups in preparation for the seminar next week. I have been studying this theme of strategic challenges over the last few months. I wrote an article
